Terms of Service

Last updated 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

IndexFlare is provided by Dineo Skosana (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

IndexFlare notifies search engines (including through the Google Indexing API and the IndexNow protocol) about pages on websites you control, and reports their indexing status. Search engines alone decide whether and when a page is crawled, indexed or ranked. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings or traffic.

3. Your responsibilities

You may only add websites you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the Google service-account credentials you connect and for complying with the terms of Google, Microsoft and any other search engine. You must not use the service for spam, illegal content or to overload any system.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are paid in advance. Payments in South African Rand are processed by Yoco and buy a fixed period (1 or 12 months) that does not renew automatically. Where offered, international subscriptions in US dollars are processed by Stripe, or sold through our online reseller Paddle.com (which is then the Merchant of Record for that order); these renew monthly until cancelled from Settings → Manage subscription. In every case your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranties. Third-party APIs and quotas may change or become unavailable. We may update features, prices or these terms; we will give notice of material changes by email.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, rankings or indirect losses.

7. Termination

You can delete your sites and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
