Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dineo Skosana collects when you use IndexFlare, and why. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Website data — the sites you add, their public page addresses from your sitemap, and indexing results.
• Google credentials — service-account keys you upload, stored encrypted (AES-256) and used only to make indexing requests you authorise.
• Billing — card payments are handled by Yoco (and Stripe or Paddle.com for international subscriptions). We receive payment status, never your card details.
• Free checker — the website address you enter and your IP address, used only to run the check and prevent abuse.

How we use it

To provide the service, keep your account secure, send essential service emails and handle billing. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only providers needed to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), Google and IndexNow search engines (page addresses you submit), and our payment processors (Yoco, Stripe, Paddle).

Retention and your rights

We keep data while your account is active. Deleting a site removes its data immediately. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing support@example.com.
